At Fisa Rentals we want you to live the most genuine Barcelona so we have located our apartments at only 10 minutes’ walk from this busy road. Halfway between Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, our apartments at the Ramblas building are located on the number 62 of Rambla de Catalunya, the pedestrian path that connects Plaza Catalunya with Diagonal Avenue.

The six apartments in this location that can accommodate up to four people each thanks to the spaciousness of their spaces - between 60 and 70 m2. One and two bedrooms apartments with a bathroom, they can receive guests for stays longer than 31 nights.

In this property we have two apartments in the Principal floor (2 levels above ground), three in floor 1 (3 levels above ground) and one on the sixth floor with a large terrace from which you can enjoy the views of the city or sunbathing.

Although refurbished to provide the best service, these functional apartments have retained some of the original details of the building, such as the high ceilings and long corridors typical of the Eixample and, above all, the unique floor mosaics. In shades, blue and brown, the symmetry and colors of the mosaics permeate the spaces of typical Barcelona warmth. In addition, the simple and minimalist furniture chosen in the decoration are the ideal counterpoint to the antiquity of the estate.
