Location was amazing! The size of the apartment was perfect for us! It was clean and comfortable. I think more toilet paper and more dishwasher fluid is a good idea.

Our stay here was great aside from the issue with cleaning. The host was very responsive and helpful! The building and area felt very safe and was an ideal location.
This place is all about the LOCATION. It’s incredible. Plus, the owners are very nice, helpful, and responsive. Pros:Amazing location, elevator, code (no keys needed), good amount of space, amenities (iron and washing machine), comfortable bed.Cons:Quite noticeable smell of mold, bathroom is quite grungy, carpets and furniture stained, air conditioning has automatic turn-off (unable to keep constant temperature), internet is wobbly.

Apartment is in a great location, close to Taxi stand, Train station, Restaurants and things to do. Nicely remodeled unit, everything was in working order (wifi, fridge, tea kettle, etc) and beds were very comfortable. Happy there was an elevator especially for the luggage. The Kitchen sink is not very well vented so smelly gases escape. We just plugged the sink with water and that solved the issue. Overall, a great apartment, in a great location!***The only thing is the washer. There is no separate dryer. The washer/dryer is very small and even though it says its a 'dryer' as well, it didn't really work as a dryer (assuming we set up properly per manual). Seems like the dryer is not vented so clothes didn't dry, they just tumbled and since its all one unit it was a waste of time and energy.
The location is great. We travelled with our 7 months and all we needed was provided (crib, high chair, shower tub) the only downside to amenities was not having a dryer. The rack provided was a good size but it took 2 days for our cloth to dry. The place was clean & neat, felt like home. There were no paper towels or napkins provided although asked.

The apartment was in good condition , although it smelled of strong cleaning chemicals when we arrived. The location and amenities were as described in the listing. There's an awesome bakery cafe around the corner for breakfast, but we did have a hard time finding places we liked for dinner.We had some frustration with the washer/dryer. I had asked in advance whether it was in working order and received no response to that inquiry. I couldn't figure out how to turn it on, and the instructions in the house manual showed a different type of machine. When additional instructions were sent, they were also not for the machine in the apartment. Thank goodness our daughter was there who suggested trying to press and jiggle the Start button at the same time.
Excellent stay at one of Fisa Rentals listings. We were at Gran Via Apartments. Excellent location for us, easy access to public transport and taxi's and within walking distance into the heart of Barcelona. The apartment was stunning, with beautiful views of the city. The black-out blinds and double-glazed windows mean it's quiet and dark at night, a plus as we travel with our 2-year-old.We dealt with Aina at Fisa, and she was an absolute star and helped us with local insights and recommendations.

The apartment is in the city center, comfortable, just like in the photos. You can always find a taxi at the hotel gate. The staff is very kind. We had a great time. I would definitely recommend it.

This is our second time visiting The apartment was clean except The bathroom shower glass was spotted everywhere with water spots and had mold and water calcium buildup all over the bottom of the shower edge -clearly not cleaned the way it should have been. This was disappointing to say the least.
Wonderful apartment in the heart of Barcelona. Photos are accurate. Spacious. The unit is modern, in a historic building that is very well maintained. Safe building, with the unit on the sixth floor (there is an elevator that works well). Also quiet, despite its great location. Check in very easy, and my unit was ready hours ahead of time. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
The appartement is well located in Barcelona, very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equiped. Except the check in that is 200 m far from the appartement everything was ok. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I stayed for five days with a friend and we found the apartments very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has modern furnishings and is light and airy. The only thing missing was a mirror in the bedroom so a very minor detail. Security is good as there is a locked door into the apartment block as well as the apartment’s own door. The location is very good too.. We were able to walk almost everywhere, taking about 25 minutes to the Sagrada Familia and less to La Rambla district. There is a small taxi rank just outside the door if needed. We arrived on a Sunday so had to arrange a time to pick up the keys. The agent was right on time and very friendly and efficient. The apartment is only two minutes walk from the office. I would certainly recommend this property.
Great location, easy check-in with the Fisa Rentals office just 2 mins walk away. Good communication. The 2 bed apartment was on 6th floor, was very clean & spacious. Ideal for family. Nice city view. Comfy beds. External shutters helped reduce traffic noise. WiFi was good. Apartment had welcome pack for kitchen cleaning and bathroom toiletries, which was useful. Very small issue was only one mirror in bathroom, hard to use if steamed up so another in bedroom would have been useful. Minor point! Great bakery next door for breakfast pastries. Would definitely recommend a stay here with Fisa Rentals.
I would like to leave the luggages on check out day at Fisa offices. However, because it was during the weekend I had to pay for a locker.
If you are a family and you plan to stay 3 or more days in Barcelona - this is your place! Perfectly located 10 min walk from Plaza Catalunia, in a beautiful Modernist building it has everything - spacious living room, two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen (except for lack of coffeemaker). In teh morning you can get fresh baguettes and croissants in teh bakery downstairs. In the evening - 100's of restaurants within walking distance. In fact in our 4 days we only used taxi twice - everything else was within walking distance from one point to the next. Highly recommend

This is a good place if your main requirements are a good location and a tidy flat. However, the experience is almost exactly like what you’d find at a hotel (impersonal service, packaged toiletries, etc). I prefer when Airbnb hosts have a more personal touch, so this experience wasn’t really what I look for when booking on the platform.
My stay was great. Great location, very nice place and spacious. They were super responsive to any questions and the check in was super quick and easy. I would definitely recommend the stay there again

The host’s office is very close to the place, they are available and super helpful 24h/day. They are very friendly helpful with everything thing you need. Location - perfect, 7 mins walk to Placa Catalunya, about 25-30 mins to Barceloneta - very central, walking distance from most sights. Building is in great shape, apartment is also new and clean. The 2 bedrooms have the bathroom in between them, creating separation. Beds are reasonably comfortable. Definitely recommend Pisa Apartments as a host and this particular unit. Extra perk - there is a great coffee shop at the bottom of the building with amazing coffee.

We had an early flight so we arrived before 15.00 o'clock on a sunday. We had to wait a while before we could check in. There is a lot of space in the appartments and the locatian is great!

Very happy with location - we have stayed in this area before and it is away from the tourist areas but with excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Also great transport links to the rest of the City and the airport via Passeig de Gracia. Check-in was easy although we were charged for a late check-in as we were delayed on our flight coming out - I understand rules are rules but I thought it might have been nice if this was waived as it wasn't our fault. Rooms were great, very spacious, great living room. Beds comfortable. Traffic noise not an issue. An extra toilet would have been nice. TV channel selection was not terrific but we were not there to watch TV! Overall very good and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on Sunday after a very long flight but the office is not open on weekends for check in or leaving luggage till 3 p.m. we were too tired. Other than this, everything is perfect.

Pleasant stay in Barcelona. The apartment is very well positioned and close to Placa Catalunya. Check in process was easy and smooth. Having a reception in the same building is quite an advantage.

Everything was really great, the only thing that was really missing is maybe a full body mirror in the bedroom or the living room, or at least another mirror in general somewhere besides the bathroom.Girls need mirrors :) Thank you!
Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Cafés and supermarket nearby for supplies. Reception not open on Saturdays, so not possible to leave luggage after check-out, but reception provided us with details to a luggage locker 5 mins. walk away, which worked well for us.

We were very pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. Good location near the metro and taxi rank. The reception team were extremely helpful. Our apartment did smell of cigarette smoke on arrival but on complaining we were immediately offered an ioniser to clear the air or two smaller apartments and a voucher for a free breakfast at a nearby restaurant the next morning. Thank you for making our visit to Barcelona a pleasant one.

Our family of four visited Barcelona in August 2014. It was pleasant surprise when I came into the Lobby/ Reception of the Fisa Rentals Apartments. Mauro waited for us, checking-in was quick. He provided great information about the area shops, restaurants, parking, sightseeings. The apartment is conveniently located near all attractions. Area is safe, apartment lovely, bright, clean, spacious, modern look, appliances are new, air-condition system quiet, in other words includes all you need to feel like at home. Lovely, modern and very clean apartments and great location. We arrived a little late and got a little lost as we were driving and the staff were fantastic in waiting and giving us directions.
All the aspects of our stay in the apartments Fisa Rentsls were at a very high level. Particularly want to mention: very convenient location (10-15 min) from placa Catalunia (AirBus main station, Bus Turistic and other turistic facilities), nice vew, really helpful personnel at the reception, night supermarket across the road, more than needed stuff in the kitchen. I will easyly recommend to anybody this appartment. Family with a baby, Moscow

We found both Mauro and Gemma very friendly and helpful and were pleased when they allowed us to leave our luggage before check in and after check out.Our apartment was clean with all amenities provided but it would have been a nice touch to have tea and coffee provided in the apartment.Great central location for both shopping,restaurants, and other tourist attractions. The apartment was spacefull and modern. Very well equiped and you feel like at home. Trainstation to the airport is only a 10 minutes walk and undergrond next door. Very helpfull and nice reception. This apartment is a good tip.

Todo perfecto. Sólo añadiría algún espejo. El del baño solo no es suficiente. Agradecer que nos hayan permitido dejar las maletas hasta la hora de irnos de Barcelona. Un detallazo!! Lo único malo la poca flexibilidad de recogida de llaves si no quieres pagar el suplemento.

Los apartamentos son bastante confortables en general.Gema una amor...muy servicial. La ubicacion muy buena....parada de bus,metro,supermercados,etc. Las camas buenas. Se oye muy poco ruido del exterior a pesar que el piso da a una gran avenida muy importante. Yo mejoraria la limpieza de los azulejos del baño y agregara en la cocina un escurridor de pasta (para las cenas unos macarrones es facil, rápido y mas si viajas con niños). En general le damos un sobresaliente. Volveriamos sin dudarlo.
