Amazing location in the central shopping district of Barcelona. It was a great place from which to explore the city in all directions. The apartment was large and clean. Roomy ceiling. Scrolling blinds on the windows to block out lights. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Water was hot. It felt very up market.

I had a very positive experience; i get all the information to enter without problem.the apartment is very clean, modern and large; wi-fi was working perfectly on my personal devices.the area is top means you can walk alla around or get regional train or metro just next the apartment entrance to go where you want.I reccomend the apartment.

Un apartamento moderno muy céntrico y limpio. Tenía de todo, eat recién reformado. Solo una pega las ventanas no deben ser muy aislantes porque se oía ruido de la calle.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is centrally located to a ton of things within walking distance. That said, it’s a busy area, so it’s loud pretty much at all times except first thing in the morning. You should be extra vigilant by your surroundings, as you should in any larger city, as not to get pick pocketed or your phone stolen right out of your hand. They do provide a bunch of “extras” for doing laundry and such, but didn’t have dish soap so you have to use the dishwasher - no biggie we just were there for 2 days and probably would have hand washed our few dishes. There aren’t any spices or coffee either, so you’d have to purchase them if you wanted to cook at home. Overall it was just fine for our few days in Barcelona.

The apartment is very well located and just a block away from Plaza de Catalunya, with many metro stations nearby so you can get anywhere quickly. The place is very spacious for 1-bedroom apartment in Barcelona, and has everything needed for a short-stay. Being located in a busy corner, noises at night is nearly unavoidable, so bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Barcelona.

Location Top, closest to bus stops & metro stations so you can go everywhere. Place de Catalunya and Rambla are 100m distance walking so you have all the beautiful attractions of Barcellona centre by walk. Markets also are open 24h 7/7 at the ground. I've got an apartment with 1 double room + 1 additional bed. Flat is fully furnished and equipped with all you can need. So, I suggest to book Fisarentals, they are a really professional guest!

The location is very central and convenient. The apartment is very clean, the A/C worked perfectly and all the amenities were great - large fridge, TV, nice bathroom, very safe building, even a washing machine. The only difficulty, the extra bed for our daughter, was a little hard. Overall an excellent choice, next to many sights and next to 24h supermarkets!
Incredible location, very comfortable bed with great air conditioning and comfortable space. The only trouble is the host is a management company that’s ~10 blocks from the apartment and they only seemed to answer messages during business hours Monday-Friday. Also important to know “first floor” is actually the 3rd floor for Americans who don’t typically count as ground, premier, 1st, 2nd etc
The location of the apartment is highly convenient. There are 2 metro stations within 3/4 minutes and bus stops within minutes. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and supermarkets. For a family with kids, it's superb. It can be bit noisy because of metro at night. My wife used some earplugs :D
A very good and clean flat. The owner provided us with all necessary items, such as towels, shower gels, tooth brushes. Plus they also gave us everything we might need for a kitchen, like sponges, washing liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The apartment has a very good air conditioning system. There was one problem, the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first couple of days. However, I’ve texted the owner and they replied quickly and fixed the issue very fast. So I want to note that the customer service with this owner is amazing.

Hello, this is the second time I live in the apartment, but the first time was a bigger apartment for me 3 people, and this is for me two people. Each apartment is excellent, and the check-in is easy. There is a problem with getting out at 11 am and this is a problem if I have a late flight at the time, they can claim to leave at 1 The evening is excellent so that I can go to the airport a little late, but the apartment is excellent in everything and the location is excellent. Everything you need is close to you, you are in the center

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was provided with basic necessities such as: a tooth brush, tooth paste, laundry detergent, and dish soap which all aided in making this quaint apartment feel like home! The location is perfect and I could walk most places! The bed was extremely comfortable. This definitely felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again.

The apartment itself was great, even nicer than pictures. Location was fantastic, very close to Plaza Catalunya and La Ramblas. It was great to be able to get in and out of the apartment block and the apartment itself using a code rather than having to have a key. It was very clean, lots of little extras that aren't always provided (washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, dishwasher tablet, toothbrushes, shampoo, etc). The cleaning ladies came once and were lovely.The only downside was how noisy the apartment was. I live in London so I'm used to some street noise, but the apartment is right on a mainroad and the street is very noisy late into the night. The neighbours upstairs were also making quite a racket at 3am a couple of nights too. I tried to ask for a late check out, but unfortunately they could not be flexible to allow this.Overall I would recommend this apartment and I would stay again. Just maybe bring some ear plugs! :)

Hello,We lived in the Fisa's apartment for 7 days and enjoyed it very much.The apartment is situated in a beautiful old but well maintained building in the very historical centre of the city - only two minutes walk from the Catalonia Square, a walking distance from most of the sites of interest and just near the metro station. There was a nearby two-storied food supermarket.The apartment is in excellent condition, very clean and fully equipped. It's quiet with the windows closed and the air conditioning is good working. There was even a handy user manual for all the home equipment.The hosts were helpful and readilly accessible.We absolutely recommend this apartment and will be glad to stay in it again during our next visit to Barcelona.Olga and Sergei
I can only recommend this flat.The position is perfect, just a few steps from Placa de Catalunya and the metro station.The flat is new, comfortable, with every service you need during the stay.It was an excellent way to spend time in Barcelona. I absolutely loved it.Communication was always easy and fast.A perfect touch: I found toothbrush, a dishcloth and soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher.
I stayed 4 month in the apartment. It is a great place to stay, clean, functional and with a fantastic location. The weekly cleaning service was always respectful with my belongings. I recomend the place.

Rien à signaler que ce soit pour la communication avec le propriétaire ou même l’appartement. Bon emplacement avec tous les commerces et restaurants à portée de main, des kits avec l’essentiel de maison sont bien appréciés surtout lorsqu’on séjourne quelques jours sur Barcelone (sel, poivre, huile, lessive, produit vaisselle, savon). We had a perfect stay at Fisa Rentals apartments! The location was super centric and the flat very well organized and furnished. The windows totally isolate from the noises of the street outside so the apartment is very quiet. The customer service has always been helpful and caring...we really appreciated it! El apartemento nos resultó sumamente comodo con respecto a la ubicación. Los espacios amplios ayudaron tambien a que tuvieramos una estancia confortable. El equipamiento correcto y suficiente. La cerradura inteligente es sumamente comoda y agradecemos los amenities, tanto para el baño como para la cocina, que son de suma utilidad cuando apenas uno llega. El unico detalle que nos hubiera gustado seria haber tenido un colchon acorde al resto del apartamento. La calidad de descanso es importante y a mi criterio, el apartamento se merece una cama mejor.

Appartamento situato vicino a Plaza Catalunyia, con tutti i confort, trovato pulito e ben arredato, abbiamo trascorso 3 notti e ci siamo trovati bene in tutto un’oca cosa negativa il letto alla francese, noi italiani siamo abituati a quello da 160 cm più spazioso, cosa bellissima check-in online con codici così nn si ha la paura di perdere le chiavi.
Great location for our stay in Barcelona. The virtual check in was seamless. The apartment was cozy and met our needs. There was a lot of street noise common in most big cities and the elevator was not working when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

Location is the most!, check in and out as easy as sipping into a cup of tea. I was expecting neat clean place, overall it was livable.
I have been doing so well from November 11th to 20th, 2018. It was very nice because there are many restaurants near the Catalunya Square and near the lodging area. And it was nice to be quiet. The subway station and bus stop were close so the location was really good. It was also helpful to save money by eating simple food every morning. I have been comfortable and well during my stay. Next time I go to Barcelona, I will go there again. I recommend this accommodation.

We loved staying here. The keypad entry made it easy to access and we felt safe coming and going. The double shades made it cool down and the apartment had lots of space. After traveling for two weeks prior it was nice to be somewhere that was so clean and spacious.
Everything was appropriate and as we had expected. The house was clean and very centrally located. Check in was smooth as we just received access codes to the apartment. The fact that there was no stress of forgetting the key in room before leaving each time, made our stay very easy. Only thing I would ask to change is late check out possibility if the guests are willing to pay extra for the same. We had to book another hotel for 8 hours and this made it a little inconvenient for us. Most of the serviced apartments we have stayed in Europe give free late check out also. Apart from this everything was perfect.

El servicio muy bueno. El departamento muy cómodo y equipado. La ubicación muy buena. El único “pero” sería q se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, además de los trenes y metro q pasan bajo el edificio, pero si no tienes problemas se sueño, no hay problema. Además el transporte público no funciona toda la noche.

Un appartement très bien agencé et situé. Il correspondait exactement aux photos et à la bonne impression de départ. Seul bémol: l'isolation de l'immeuble laisse passer les bruits de la circulation, assez dense près de la Plaza Catalunya. Je recommende fortement cet appartement qui convaincra les couples et familles.
The location and comfort are very good. We enjoyed. But the shampoo, soap and shower gel weren't enough for 4 days for us. We bought them from the market.

Perfect base location to explore Barcelona, everything you need is close by, supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's, transport links (bus, train, metro, taxi) and major attractions just a short walk away. The apartment itself has a 'home from home' feel about it, well laid out with everything you need. Gemma and Mauro were a great help with the check in and check out, made everything very easy and got us off to a great start and end to our stay, very friendly and informative. Would highly recommend a stay with Fisa Rentals in Barcelona and would definitely choose to stay with them again when visiting this fabulous city.

the floor in the shower out of wood is from the hygenic view a nightmare, the WC was not proper fixed on the wall, for cooking the kitchen was not enough equipped

Liked the location , close to the Metro and if I need Hoppon and Off busstops. Well adequate equipped apartment for all ur needs. Would gave liked wine glasses. Very good info book provided and to follow instructions. Will recommend it highly and would stay again. Also very clean and tidy, good air on and if needed helpful concierge and was very happy to extended my stay for one more night without difficulties. The woman I had to contact from the airport upon arrival again very very helpful. Overall made staying there a very pleasant experience.

We are very happy with the stay. The apartment is in a good location and we have been well received. The Interior was clean and comfortable. (Small regret not to have TV in French.) but it's not serious. We thank you much because it was very nice. The pleasure of you choose again.

Apartment is in a great location. The property was recommended to us by a friend and we will do the same if anyone asks us to recommend a good place to stay in Barcelona. Another good thing about the apartment is the fact that it has an elevator.

I thought the apartment was just as advertised. It was very central clean and secure. It had everything needed for a short stay. The people at reception were very friendly and helpful. I would definetly recommend and stay here again. Had a wonderful tine in a fantastic city.

The apartments fully corresponded to our expectations: very clean and comfortable, perfectly located. Street noise could be heard from the street but that did not cause any inconvenience for us. We will choose the apartment for our next visit to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.

It has been a pleasure to have you as a guest. We apologize for the inconvenience of the noise: Altough it´s a very cetric street, we tried to take all the possible precautions, by installing double glass windows.
The best place we have stayed in Barcelona! Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to give directions/recommendations on what to do during our visit. The flat itself was a straight foward 10 minute walk away from the main reception. Beautifully furnished and very clean. We would 100% recommend Fisa rentals.

Beautiful apartment, nicely furnished, everything you could need for a comfortable stay, great location. Only minor issues were having to go to a separate office to check in and the shower screen does not effectively stop water from getting onto the bathroom floor. Apart from those very minor points, we had a brilliant stay and would heartily recommend staying there.

I had a great stay. Location of the apartment is perfect. Althought situated in a nevralgic area the quality of windows and much less trafic at night assure a good night of sleep. Clearing fee of 50 Euros might be expensive if you are a tidy person.

Hi! Impressions from staying in the apartments on the street Pelai great. The location is convenient, the price is right for us, cozy atmosphere. Completely satisfied with the service. A small suggestion: it not possible to include in the room linen change after 7 days.

А самое главное, что выходя из автобуса сразу же вход в метро (4 остановки до поющих фантанов), остановка туристическго автобуса(объехали все маршруты) и через квартал остановка автобуса до аэропорта (ходят каждые 10 минут, до аэропорта 20-30 минут). НЕТ самое ГЛАВНОЕ, что через пятьдесят метров улица Рамбла. По которой можно погулять по вечерам, поужинать и есть где поиграть детям на детских площадках.
I stayed at the Fisa rentals and sure about the fact that now onwards no more searching for any other place. the check in was very quick and have to appreciate that even at a very late hour they were very co-operative. very neat apartment and comfortable.

It is such a pleasure to be able to stay at FisaRentals. The apartment is in a very good location. The ambience of the apartment is good. One problem is the point of checking in is different from the actual apartment. It is okay to walk that far if you not dragging your suitcase. But it is a problem if you have big suitcase to drag along. But overall I'm satisfied with the apartment. Would consider stay here again if I come to Barcelona again.
