In Aribau we have two apartments for up to six people, available for both short and long stay. Because of the typical Eixample´s construction, both apartments are very spacious and have a minimum of two rooms.
If you just want to spend a few days in the city, we recommend you stay in “Attic 3”, or Penthouse 3. With a size of 60m2, this apartment allows accommodating up to four people: it has a double room with a double bed and a single room with a single bed. There´s room for a fourth guest in a roll-up bed, as well as one bathroom.
Decorated in brown tones, with granate details in the dining room, both this room and the main bedroom have large windows to the outside that guarantee natural light in the apartment.
“Attic 1”, the other penthouse available in this property, is designed for those who are looking for mid to long-term accommodation in Barcelona, and up to 6 guests can enjoy of it´s more than 80 m2. Much of this area corresponds to a large terrace with a porche ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a nice meal with family or friends.
The interior of the apartment is made of simple furniture of austere lines. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs over beautiful wooden floors. The dining area has a large table and chairs over tile floors. There is an in-suite master bedroom, another double bedroom and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The second bathroom is right off the entrance. A separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
Both apartments provide Wi-Fi connection and weekly cleaning when staying 7 nights or longer. In case you arrive to the Catalan capital by car, finding a parking in the area is easy.

What time can I check-in and what time should I check-out of Fisa Rentals Aribau Apartments?
You can check-in from 3pm until 8pm. We can wait for you until 9pm, but you must inform us in advance. Arrivals after 9pm will have a surcharge of €35 until midnight and €60 after that. Arrivals from 02:00am are possible, will have an additional charge of € 90. Please note that our check-in office opens at 9:30am from Monday thru Friday, so we could store luggage at that time. The office is closed on weekends and holidays, but we do attend previously scheduled arrivals, so make sure you let us know if this is your case. Only if the apartment is ready you will be able to check-in before 3pm. Check-out time is 11:00am in any day of the week, without exception.
What is procedure for checking-in and checking-out?
Make sure that you keep us informed of your arrival time as soon as you know it. You must go to our check-in office, located at Carrer del Bruc, 44, Local 3. This is 2.000 meters from the apartment (20 blocks). You must bring each guest's original passport or ID, pay the tourist tax and any outstanding balance due on your reservation. Checking out is simple: leave all keys given to you inside the apartment (on the table), remove all the garbage you’ve generated and make sure you close the door of the apartment behind you.
Is it possible to park at Fisa Rentals Aribau Apartments?
Unfortunately, we do not have parking to offer you at this property, but there are plenty of garages around the area. We can provide further information in advance.
Is smoking allowed?
Please note that smoking is prohibited in inside of the apartments, and not allowed in the common areas of the entire building.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the Fisa Rentals Aribau Apartments.

Since you must come to our check-in office, you have the following options. By train: from Terminal 2 to Passeig de Grácia Station, then walk 400 meters to our check-in office. By Aerobus: the shuttle from either terminal to the very end, Plaza Catalunya, then walking 400 meters. By taxi: directly from the terminal to our check-in office.
What's the cancellation policy of Fisa Rentals Aribau Apartments?
You can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the day of entry to the apartment. There are some special dates when other restrictions apply (Mobile World Congress, Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve), so do not hesitate in asking us when in doubt.
