Anyone addicted to profiteroles cannot miss this workshop offered by the pastry shop Patachou. It’s been founded by two Spanish people and two French people thrilled by the idea of expanding in Barcelona the knowledge of “Pâte à choux” or choux pastry, a pastry base very famous in France used to make many kinds of sweet and savoury products, such as the profiteroles. The workshop is for adults and children and lasts 1h30.
